Why did I wait so long to order this??? This cute down so much time for prepping food. I would recommend to rinse and clean immediately after use, otherwise it can be slightly difficult. Love this!!!!

I make my own potato chips and had heretofore been slicing the potatoes with a knife. This gadget is not only safe for the fingers, but it slices potatoes (and cucumbers) with even thickness and in no time. I had no issue with cleaning it because if its rinsed under a water spray as soon as its been used any food remnants are easily removed. I would definitely buy this again and recommend it to my friends.

I haven't yet used all the features. I've only used it to make potatoes au gratin. Sliced easily and was easy to clean. I also really like how nicely the stand folds in so it lays flat in the cabinet.
